Prior to THE NIBBLE she spent 23 years at Gourmet News, a leading trade magazine and website for the specialty food industry. She also worked on Kitchenware News. Steve BrennenMarketing Director Steve has more than 20 years of experience in publishing and advertising, with a particular focus on direct and online marketing and brand marketing. He was previously Corporate Director of Information Marketing at VNU Business Media, where he was responsible for circulation and online marketing for the company’s 50 brands, including Gourmet Retailer. He also served as SVP, Marketing & Circulation at the Financial Times, where he oversaw all marketing functions for North America and doubled the newspaper’s circulation growth rate. Steve has held senior marketing positions at the Economist Group (Journal of Commerce Group) and Reed Elsevier (OAG) and spent 11 years in consumer marketing at Time Inc., where he led People’s subscription business and worked on several launches, including the Australian edition and Martha Stewart Living. Steve began his career as an account executive at Saatchi & Saatchi, on the P&G business. He has an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Hamilton College.
