One of our favorite spreads is goat cheese mixed with honey. Blend fresh goat cheese with honey to taste (you can use beaters on low for a whipped effect). Keep the mixture in an airtight container, or a crock sealed with plastic wrap. It’s heavenly on toast, muffins, or bagels for breakfast; on crustless bread for tea sandwiches; and makes an lovely canapé on crackers. For added excitement, use an infused flavored honey.
