Red, White & Blueberry For 4th Of July!
With berries and stone fruits now in season, fresh, fruity cocktails are perfect for a warm summer day. For 4th of July, red raspberries, white peaches and blueberries make for a perfectly patriotic trio of cocktails sure to please. Here, we present three fruit purée-based drinks, courtesy of Navan Natural Vanilla Liqueur, that are a little bit different—and a lot of fun! Serve guests a display of three pitchers of the colorful concoctions. Partygoers can choose their favorite flavor or try a mix.
On the menu:
Red
Ingredients
- Raspberry purée
- Vanilla liqueur
Preparation
- To make the purée, blend raspberries until smooth.
- To sweeten, add sugar to taste. Strain out the seeds.
- To make cocktail, mix equal parts raspberry purée and vanilla liqueur.
White
Ingredients
- White peach purée
- Vanilla liqueur
Preparation
- To make the purée, first peel white peaches.
- Cut each peach in half and remove the stone.
- Blend until smooth.
- To make cocktail, mix equal parts peach purée and vanilla liqueur.
Blue
Ingredients
- Blueberry purée
- Vanilla liqueur
Preparation
- To make the purée, blend blueberries until smooth.
- Strain out the seeds.
- To make cocktail, mix equal parts blueberry purée and vanilla liqueur.
