Nibble Tip

Soaking your wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use will make them easier to load up with your favorite meats, veggies and fruits, and will keep them from burning on the grill. For an added kick, put a few drops of liquid smoke in the soaking water: it will impart an extra smokiness from within the food.
