If fish is “brain food,” it follows that the education is expensive, but worth it! Beautifully prepared seafood is always a treat.

While every city has excellent resources for fresh fish and seafood these days, we’ve found purveyors who have specialty products worth sending for.

Nibble Tip

You don’t have to be a star chef like Rick Tramonto to present your guests with a great fish or seafood dish. If you have a barbecue, there’s nothing better than a thick tuna or swordfish steak grilled rare over the coals.
