Chocolate Vodka Cocktail Menu

Raspberry White Chocolate Truffle

Ingredients Per Cocktail

1-1/2 ounces raspberry vodka
1/2 white chocolate liqueur
1-1/2 ounces white crème de cacao
1 ounce raspberry liqueur
3 raspberries

Preparation

Combine liquid ingredients in a martini shaker and shake over ice.
Strain drink into martini glass.
Garnish with raspberries on a pick.

White Chocolate Martini

Ingredients Per Cocktail

1 ounce vanilla vodka
2 ounces white chocolate liqueur
1 ounce cream
White chocolate shavings or white
cocoa powder

Preparation

Roll rim of martini glass in white chocolate shavings or white cocoa powder.
Add all liquids in a martini shaker and shake over ice.
Strain drink into a martini glass.
