Ginger & Bloody Mary  Ann
 A salty, hearty treat, this Bloody Mary recipe takes the classic tomato juice-vodka-horseradish brunch drink to new heights of flavor. Created by Adam Wilson of  Beretta San Francisco, who obviously knows more than we do about what happened on Gilligan’s Island.  
Ingredients Per Cocktail 
    
       
        
        
            Preparation 
            
              - 
                
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with  ice. 
               
              - 
                
Shake vigorously and strain  into a rocks glass with fresh ice. 
               
              - 
                
Garnish with pickled green bean.

Ginger Goddess
A pretty kiwi green color, this riff on the classic Bellini (peach nectar and sparkling wine) will be welcomed by gods and goddesses alike. Created by Alex Straus of Suite 700 at the Hotel Shangri-La  in Los Angeles. 
Ingredients Per Cocktail 
    
       
          
            
              - 
                
1-1/2 ounces ginger vodka 
               
              - 
                
1/2 fresh kiwi 
               
              - 
                
3 large slices of Anjou pear 
               
              - 
                
Champagne (or sparkling wine) 
               
              - Additional slice of kiwi for garnish,
  
                        optional  
             
            Preparation 
            
              -  Muddle kiwi and pear in a  cocktail shaker.
 
              - Add ginger vodka with ice and shake vigorously.
 
              - Strain into a champagne flute and top with Champagne or  sparkling wine.
 
              - Garnish with a  slice of kiwi.

Ginger Minx
 Flirt with flavor by trying this mélange of ginger, lime, orange and grapefruit, enhanced with honey. Created by Adam Wilson of  Beretta San Francisco. 
Ingredients Per Cocktail 
    
       
          
            
              -  2  ounces ginger vodka 
 
              - 1 ounce lime juice 
 
              - 3/4 ounce Cointreau
 
              - 1/2 ounce fresh grapefruit juice    
 
              - 1/2 ounce honey syrup*      
 
              - 3 dashes bitters
 
              - Ice
 
              - Grapefruit twist for garnish, optional 
 
             
            *Combine 1/4 ounce of honey and 1/4 ounce water. 
            Preparation 
            
              -  Combine  all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and pour into a rocks glass.
 
              - Garnish with a  twist of grapefruit.

Ginger Sour
 This cocktail contains egg whites and maple syrup—but don’t limit it to brunch!  Created by Adam Wilson of  Beretta San Francisco. 
Ingredients Per Cocktail 
    
       
          
            
              -  2 ounces ginger  vodka 
 
              - 1 ounce lemon juice
 
              - 1/2 ounce raw egg white
 
              - 1/2 ounce maple syrup
 
              - Ice
 
              - Twist of lemon for garnish, optional 
 
             
            Preparation 
            
              - 
                
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. 
               
              - 
                
Shake vigorously and strain into a  cocktail glass. 
               
              - 
                
Garnish with twist  of lemon.
