Nibble Tip

If you use nonstick frying pans but still add a touch of olive oil for flavor or browning, put your good olive oil or infused oil in a spray bottle. You can get small spray bottles in cosmetics departments. They coat the pan quickly and you’ll use much less than with the traditional method. And, you’ll have a much finer quality oil than using the aerosol sprays or pre-packaged pump sprays.
