In the interim, how about this great hors d'oeuvre
idea from the folks at
Cabot Cheese. Skewer
cubed cheddar and pickle chunks and grape
tomatoes
or other veggies for vegetable kabobs.
Try melon balls, kiwi, grapes et al for fruit
kabobs. Stick skewers in an inverted, scooped-
out watermelon, a firm round loaf of bread, a
squash, a beer glass or shallow vase. So much
fun to make, even the kids and spouse will pitch in.
