Black Truffle Martini Recipe

Seriously folks, only Bill Gates, Michael Dell, Michael Bloomberg and their peers on Forbes magazine’s “The World’s Billionaires” list could regularly afford to infuse a bottle of vodka with eight black Périgord truffles. That’s about $2,000 worth of truffles! But if you happen upon so many truffles in the woods of Oregon that you’re sick of eating them, here’s a way to drink them. Want to learn all about black truffles? Read our truffle overview and glossary.

Ingredients Per Cocktail

  1. To infuse vodka, add sliced black truffles into 750ml bottle of vodka for 1 week at room temperature.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, shake and strain all ingredients. Serve in a martini glass.
