Hudson Beach Glass Sushi & Seafood Sets

Hudson Beach Glass is a group of four glass artists who hand cast glass using ancient processes to make functional and sculptural objects. Magnificent bowls, serving platters and other pieces from the line tempt us like few pieces we find in the course of our work. We want to own every one!

Everything is custom-made an the artists work in a palette of 14 colors, shown below; so you can create something that works perfectly with your decor.

The trays give the illusion of frozen water: perfect for sushi and seafood, but just as nice for salads, desserts, canapes, crudités with dip. When you have beautiful dishes like these, you look for opportunities to use them.  A fruit plate with a bowl of yogurt? Absolutely! Care is hand-washing and occasionally rubbing with food-safe mineral oil. Not for use in a microwave.

The Triplex Trays are perfect for amuses bouches or for nuts, olives, and condiments. You can mix-and-match colors as well as square, circular and triangular shapes.

Bowls and trays are available in twelve transparent and two opaque colors with a Jewel finish (clear, shiny) finish. All bowls and the Triplex Trays are also available in the frosted Beach finish.
