Makes: One 16-Ounce Serving
1-1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
1 cup ice cubes
2 teaspoons fresh basil or fresh mint,
2/3 cup egg whites
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.
Tip: If the berries aren’t quite sweet enough, add 1 to 2 teaspoons brown sugar to desired sweetness.
