Varieties Of Fudge Sauce & Caramel Sauce

The chocolate flavors are made with the finest Belgian and French chocolate and undutched cocoa powder: Both are are required to make the finest, fudge-inspired, intensely-flavored chocolate sauce. All of the flavors are simply perfect; we couldn’t ask for anything more.

Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce tastes like the best piece of fudge before it’s heated into hot fudge. The rich chocolate has just a hint of espresso.

Peanut Butter Fudge Sauce is a great achievement. The peanut butter does not fight with the chocolate, but accents it. It’s easy to go over-the-top with a flavor like this. In the hands of Sassy Sauces, it’s just right.

Spicy Dark Chocolate Sauce uses the even more elite Valrhona chocolate. This is not an “Aztec” chocolate but a prevailing cinnamon spice, that goes especially well with chocolate ice cream and poached pears.

Milk Chocolate Caramel Sauce stretches over both sides of the sauce line. It has very full flavors of both milk chocolate and caramel. Although it’s thoroughly combined, think of it as a dreamy milk chocolate fudge swirled with caramel, and it’s a must-try.

Caramel Rum Sauce
is another epiphany among the flavors. We taste a lot of caramel sauce; this one truly stands out for combining buttery caramel with a just the right touch of real rum. It’s delicious and kid-friendly, too.

Serving Suggestions

Use Sassy Sauces as a topping, a drizzle, a plate garnish, and, in its unwarmed state, a spread.

  • Baked Goods: Bread pudding, French toast (drizzle or stuffed French toast)
  • Brownies & Cookies: Brownie/blondie sundaes and icing
  • Cake & Pie: Bundt cake, cheesecake and pound cake drizzle, pie drizzle/sauce (Caramel Rum Sauce is great on apple pie)
  • Candy: Roll into truffle balls and coat with chopped nuts, cocoa powder, confectioners’ sugar or other favorite and serve with espresso
  • Fruit: Apples, bananas (raw or sautéed), fondue, grilled pineapple sauce or warmed as a fondue dipper
  • Ice Cream: Sundaes, parfaits, waffle sundaes, cone garnish
  • Snacks: Dip top-quality potato chips and pretzels
