The Dessert Sauces & Serving Suggestions

First, a few words about each of these excellent sauces.

  • Chocolate Sauce has the profoundly satisfying taste of top-quality dark chocolate. It’s a trade secret and we have our guesses, but the fussiest chocolate connoisseur won’t be disappointed.
  • White Chocolate Sauce is the best white chocolate we’ve tasted. Even if you don’t like white chocolate, if you like rich sauces or custard, we can’t help but believe that you’ll like this! It’s a rare product to find, and one of our favorite finds of the year. Terrific on anything chocolate or lemon.
  • Caramel Sauce is a classic caramel in this new world of salted caramel, but it is fine. You can taste the heavy cream and the butter. If you want to sprinkle some sea salt in it, go right ahead. It’s flexible! It’s like eating the caramel center from a soft caramel bonbon— for some people,
    a fantasy come true.

Serving Suggestions

You’ll have your own ideas of what to do with Somebody’s Mother’s dessert sauces. At room temperature, the sauces are very spreadable; heated for 5 seconds in the microwave, they become liquid sauces.
