Crab & Fruit Salad

This crab salad makes a deliciously light luncheon entree or an impressive side dish, perfect for your next barbecue.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Miller’s Select Jumbo Lump Crab Meat or Backfin Lump Crab Meat
  • 1 medium grapefruit
  • 1 large navel orange
  • 1 cup halved green seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely minced
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing
  • Baby romaine lettuce

Preparation

  1. Peel and section grapefruit and orange; cut into bite-sized pieces. Add grapes, celery, and almonds.
  2. Gently toss with cram meat and dressing.
  3. Combine all ingredients and serve on lettuce leaves.
